At Pawlished Pet Grooming, we believe every pet deserves to be treated like family. Located in the heart of Penticton, BC, our grooming studio has been lovingly serving the local community for over 16 years. From playful puppies to wise senior pets—and plenty of kitties in between—we provide gentle, high-quality grooming with a whole lot of heart.
Meet Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I was first introduced to grooming as a teenager by a family friend, and from that moment on, I knew I had found my calling. After working in pet stores throughout high school, I eventually took the leap and completed my professional grooming certification over 10 years ago. I’ve been lucky to learn from some of the best in the industry and have attended grooming seminars across Canada to keep my skills sharp and current.
I still love what I do, and I’m honoured every day that clients trust me with their beloved pets.

Our Philosophy: Comfort, Care & Community
We know that grooming can be a bit nerve-wracking for some pets—especially if it’s their first time or if they’ve had a bad experience elsewhere. That’s why we’ve designed every part of our process with comfort and calm in mind. From the moment your dog walks through the door, we do our best to create a positive, low-stress environment that helps them feel safe and at ease.
Our shop is cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches to make your pet feel at home. You’ll find soft dog beds in every corner, fresh water bowls always topped up, and a variety of toys to distract, comfort, or entertain. Gentle music plays in the background, and soothing hands are always nearby.
We also allow dogs to safely socialize when appropriate—it’s amazing how quickly nerves can melt away when there’s a wagging tail or two nearby. Many dogs find reassurance and confidence just by being around their new furry friends. That said, we also fully respect each pet’s personality and preferences. For those who prefer a little peace and quiet, we provide comfortable private kennels where they can relax in their own space before and after their groom.
